Grenera.my aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase, as mentioned on the product page.
However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs,
damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. If you are unavailable to take delivery or collection,
carrier service may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.

Returns

My product is faulty:


If your product develops a fault within 14 days, we'll always offer you the choice of an exchange or full
Grenera.my Credit refund, provided you have your proof of purchase (order number, delivery note,
bank statement). 
We only offer exchanges for items of the same price. 
All exchanges and refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours from the date of receipt to Grenera.my .
Exchanges will be shipped back to the customer according to our standard delivery times.

How do I return my product if faulty? 

Please contact us and specifying the reason for the return. 

Your product is damaged or you were sent the wrong product: 

If your product arrives damaged or you were delivered the wrong product, we're happy to exchange or
refund at our discretion as long as:

It is within 14 working days from delivery date.
You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).

We only offer exchanges for items of the same price. If the item you wish to exchange is of a different
price, you will need to return the original item and place a new order using your store credit.
